Ben McNair is the Director of Financial Planning and Vice President of Asset Management at Draggoo Financial Group, where he plays a central role in designing comprehensive, client-focused financial plans. A lifelong resident of Washington, Ben brings both deep industry experience and a strong connection to the local community into his work with clients.

Ben grew up in Wenatchee and graduated from Wenatchee High School in 1995. He later relocated to Seattle to attend the University of Washington, where he studied music performance. While his academic background reflects creativity and discipline, Ben ultimately found his professional calling in financial services—where structure, long-term strategy, and problem-solving intersect.

Ben began his career in the financial industry in 1999 with a nationwide bank, building a strong foundation in financial services and client support. Prior to joining Draggoo Financial Group in January 2016, he spent eight years as a Financial Planner within an elite planning division at MetLife in Bellevue. During that time, Ben worked closely with individuals and families to develop detailed financial strategies designed to support long-term stability and goal achievement.

At Draggoo Financial Group, Ben serves as the Director of Financial Planning and as an Associate Financial Adviser to Braden Draggoo. In this role, he is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering written financial plans that integrate clients’ goals, assets, and risk considerations into clear, actionable strategies. His work ensures that each client receives a thoughtful, structured plan tailored to their unique circumstances and long-term objectives.

Ben holds Life and Health insurance licenses, as well as Series 6, 63, 7, and 65 registrations, allowing him to support a broad range of financial planning and asset management needs. His depth of experience and analytical approach make him a key resource for both clients and the advisory team.

Outside of the office, Ben enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Paige, and their sons, Connor and Declan. An avid skier, hiker, runner, and cyclist, he values an active lifestyle and the balance it brings to both his personal and professional life.
